Jill & Brian’s Romantic Treehouse Elopement at Hotel Wailea in Maui Hawaii

Eloping to Maui Hawaii makes it easy for just the two of you, or maybe inviting a few important family members to have that dreamy wedding you always wanted.

This is exactly what they wanted and manifested! They stayed in a stunning suite with fabulous views, at the posh Hotel Wailea, and on their wedding day, they walked down to their dream jungle tree house! After saying their “I Do’s”, we drove five minutes to the white sandy beach that Hawaii is known for, with perfect sand, swaying palms, and, of course, a golden sunset. It doesn’t get any better than this! It was so much fun creating with them, and I just love the results! Especially the sunset kissing shot with the big wave breaking perfectly in the background. Congrats, J & B!

Total Surprise Engagement at Kapalua Beach

Hunter Totally Surprised his Girlfriend with a Surprise Maui Engagement at Kapalua Beach

My MOST favorite thing to photograph are surprise engagements! Simply, because the one who is getting proposed to realizes in an instant that their life has just changed!

When Hunter had reached out to me we came up with a game plan for the day, but also to lay the groundwork well before the trip even took place. He purposely made sure that she believed this vacation was to relax & that no way was a proposal going to take place, because he wanted their parents to be part of it. So the stage was set & she believed it was only a long needed vacation.  ​With me in position at the go time, Hunter walked her out onto the gorgeous Kapalua Bay where he dropped to a knee & her reaction was priceless! She was elated & had the hugest smile a girl could have on her face! The Surprise had worked! She loved showing off her new ring which was a giant diamond shaped like an almond! AMAZING! 

Congrats to these two lovers who are now engaged! Thanks for having me be a part of it as I thoroughly enjoyed seeing it unfold!

I absolutely love shooting corporate events! This event was a tech company who came to Maui as a Thank You to all of their hard working entrepreneurs going the extra mile. Was a gorgeous evening at The Luxurious Four Seasons Maui with the golden light of sunset capping off a perfect night under the stars! The group was absolutely LOVING the location & with some liquid courage & lots of friendly conversation were getting pretty roudy when we did the group photo!  Good Times! Enjoy!

This Sweetest Loving Family Portrait Session in Maui Hawaii

 I was so fortunate to get to work with this sweet, sweet family visiting from all over the mainland! Some flew from the east coast, some flew in from California & one couple from Canada! They were all so excited to be together & every moment was either laughter or happy tears! So Sweet! On top of this,one couple had just married not a month before & this was sort of their honeymoon celebration as well! So much fun exploring the Gorgeous Fairmont Kea Lani & getting all these great shots!

Luxury Wedding at 1 Hotel on Hanalei Bay

 Was so fortunate to travel to Kauai for this lovely wedding at The Luxurious 1 Hotel in Hanalei Bay! The couple was so sweet & the location of the wedding was literally steps from Hanalei Bay with gorgeous trees providing shade and adding to the majesty of the location! After the short ceremony and some family pics we headed upstairs for the cocktail reception. The spot where the reception was being hosted had this magnificent view of the ENTIRE BAY & STUNNING VIEWS of the HANALEI MOUNTAINS! Truly one of the most gorgeous venues to make memories & a start to a marriage!

Flower Floral Love in Lahaina Maui

Congratulations to Karen & Javier on the most Beautiful & Loving Maui Wedding a photographer could ever photograph!

What a privilege to be a part of this sweet, sweet wedding! With Karen & Javier both in the flower business in Florida, they had planned for their own wedding in Hawaii to be loaded with the most beautiful flowers & NO ONE was disappointed! I guess 30 boxes of flowers were flown in directly from South America just days before the event & the couple & their professional flower friends all jumped into the mix to process the flowers & create the masterpieces that they created!

And on the day of the wedding those masterpieces were everywhere! I literally have never seen some of the roses that they had made into centerpieces & bouquets & Karen shines even brighter holding hers! The wedding location was just above Lahaina (so despite the hurt that still exists from the Lahaina Fires) the celebration was in full force & mother nature provided soft clouds for the entire day,

EXCEPT at sunset where it burst out through the clouds creating ten minutes of extraordinary golden light & a joy on the the bride & grooms faces that was overwhelming!

(Story time!) So something happened I have never seen before & so genuine & beautiful & pure! For context, the bride has Mexican heritage! When we went to the beach park for sunset, we walked past this group of some Mexicans celebrating & they all cheered for the B&G! We went & did all the sunset shots & on the way back we had to walk past the group who all were having so much fun with the music jamming! Someone in the group yelled  for the bride to throw her bouquet & she said “YES”! All the ladies all gathered & Karen faked once & then threw her wedding bouquet to a total stranger. The girl who caught it was SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY & had a smile from ear to ear. Karen went & hugged her & told her to keep it. The girl was stunned! What a beautiful & selfless moment to give your wedding bouquet to a total stranger!

The rest of the wedding was equally stunning with amazing speeches by their friends & family, lots of happy tears & hugs as everyone celebrated. The B&G walked out in a sky of bubbles as they drove off at the end of the night!

Congrats to these two on such a gorgeous wedding to be a part of!

Ola & Steve’s International Olowalu  Destination Wedding

Oh this was one super fab wedding to be a part! Ola had grown up in Australia & moved to New York for her job where she met Steve during Covid. It was then that her job concluded & she returned back home, but  her relationship was nowhere over as now it became an international romance. Despite the continent’s & oceans that separated them their relationship continued & here we are at The Always Stunning Olowalu Plantation House surrounded by ALL their family & friends who from around the world celebrate them. There was laughter serenading them as they popped the champagne & toasted everyone. Of course Maui’s Magic light also popped through the clouds & made for a terrific sunset​ & the B&G were soaking it all in!

Sam asked & Amanda said “YES”!

Sam had already proposed to his longtime girlfriend Amanda, but they waited to do their engagement photos till they arrived in Maui! They left everything up to me with picking the location & the time & I even helped give suggestions on what they were going to wear. With some Maui Magic Light creeping through the trees they were bathed in golden light and Amanda was loving it! Thanks to this beautiful location & some amazing light we got some stunning pics!
