Very convenient camera handle for pro cameras

Here’s some tips on using Get A Handle On Your Camera.

  1. There are two mounting positions on each handle. Try mounting your handle to camera to each posotion & see which position you prefer. Use the included screwdriver to tighten the screw to your mounting hole on the bottom of your camera. Do not overtighten, but make sure it is snug. There are two washers on the screw as well. If you change the postion of the screw, you might need to take one or both off to have it tighten firmely. Be careful to Not overtighten.
  2. Keep the screwdriver with your spare batteries
  3. When you need to do a battery change, loosen, but do not remove screw.
  4. Rotate the handle out of the way and replace your battery.
  5. Rotate handle back into position & Retighten screw.
  6. The leather grip needs to be conditioned periodically with saddle soap or a leather conditioner. Doing so frequently, especially in the first month of ownership will make the grip soft & supple in your hand.
  7. Using Get A Handle On Your Camera with small lenses all the way to 70-200 F 2.8 Lenses will be no problem. However, just use common sense if you are using really big lenses like a 300 F2.8 or larger. Obviously large lenses might need extra support as you are manipulating your camera.

Generally for events with 40 people or less with plenty of time, One Photographer is sufficient. With 40+ people or more, or events that are two hours or shorter a second photographer can help make sure no important moments are missed. If trying to save money, many events can be done with just one photographer. Please ask if you have questions.

(Packages that include REFERENCE IMAGES, Teaser Images are Only Available for Viewing after event & Reference Images are available after edit is complete.) A 12X18 Aluminum Print (or larger) at 40% discounted rate, is available for the Four, Five, Six, Seven and Eight Hour Packages (shipping not included) Five & Six, hour packages include a Complimentary ONE HOUR "HONEYMOON" Shoot on Maui's North Shore. Seven & Eight, Hour packages include an Engagement/Honeymoon shoot that can be shot anywhere on Maui except the summit of Haleakala or Hana! (There is a small extra charge for extra driving/boat time to Lanai/ Hana & the Summit)

Legal Stuff (Required that this section is read)

~RESERVATION: If the EVENT(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee (1/2 of the amount) is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to Tad Craig Photography. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the Tad Craig Photography materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation. If the CLIENT cancels the event/s the deposit can be used anytime in the future for holding a new event at the same rate or lesser value. ~ PERMITS: The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which Tad Craig Photography will be performing services unless agreed upon beforehand. ~Images and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by Tad Craig Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Tad Craig Photography Is explicitly written permission. ~If the CLIENT has purchased a "High Resolution Images Package" from Tad Craig Photography, upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT. Tad Craig Photography grants the CLIENT permission to share the images included in their package on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the Tad Craig Photography. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from Tad Craig Photography prior to publishing or selling the photographs. ~ MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns Tad Craig Photography, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images. ~LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer from Tad Craig Photography is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of Tad Craig Photography, Tad Craig Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer from a trusted group of talented photographers. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S). ~In the very unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Tad Craig Photography control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, Tad Craig Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S). The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. Tad Craig Photography is not liable for the loss of images beyond the lesser of the final delivery of all products included in the package for one year. ~CAPTURE AND DELIVERY: Tad Craig Photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of Tad Craig Photography . ~POST PRODUCTION AND EDITING: The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Tad Craig Photography. ~PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The aforementioned 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking the Event/s. The remaining balance is payable in full prior to or the day of the EVENT(S). ~In the event the CLIENT fails to remit payment as specified, Tad Craig Photography shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend the EVENT(S). Returned checks will be assessed a $100 non-sufficient funds fee. ~PRICING: Services or merchandise not included in this initial contract will be sold at the current price when the order is placed.
