Charming Ceremony and Dazzling Hyatt Regency Reception
WHAT A DAY, Annie & JD had on their wedding day! Starting with a magical suite over looking Kaanapali Beach, they had a spectacular view. Her bridesmaids, some makeup artist and some hair stylist, were with her to help her prepared for her most special day. Once everyone was ready, we headed north to Kapalua to a quaint little church named Sacred Heart Mission Church in a fabulous white limousine.
The ceremony ended with nuptials being signed & everyone applauding. The entire wedding party was ready to get their groove on cause you could tell they were ready for cocktails. Sending the entire wedding party back to The Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa, we headed to Pineapple Hill for some romance pictures. It was delightful watching Annie looking at JD, so happy bursting with emotion. Finally we made our way back to the Hyatt for more sunset pictures.
One of Annie’s wish came true: We were down next to the ocean taking pictures and the sky was quite spectacular. JD & I were talking and I was saying that although tonight’s sunset was pretty good it wasn’t a “10”. Just after that conversation the sky literally turned into FIRE, then, I had to admit it was pretty much a “10”! The gorgeous sunset was Annie’s wish!
My assistant Marie-Claude was shooting the reception and “Oh My” did she get some sweet photos of the awesome sky and gorgeous palm trees. So very much Hawaii that you dream about!
They got married on a Friday the 13th as JD has born on a Friday the 13th and it is his lucky day! You will see below in one of the small images that they both wear a lucky horse shoe because of it:)
This was an incredible wedding because everyone were so close and so loving. From the guests, little flowers girls, wedding party to the fathers of the bride and groom that had matching gorgeous suits!Congratulations Annie & JD for saying “I do” & for making Tad Craig Photography part of your incredible wedding. Was an absolute pleasure!
Special Thanks to my awesome second photographer Marie-Claude for all her help & excellent photos!
